Is a quote made here legally binding?
If the customer accepts it, yes, in the same way any written offer is. That is the point of quoting rather than estimating. Reckna gives you the validity date and exclusions that keep it fair.
Can I use it for estimates too?
Yes. Switch the heading to Estimate and the document changes its wording to make clear the figure can move.
Do I need an account?
No. Price the job, download the PDF, send it. An account is only for keeping your history and your standard terms.
Do you see my prices?
No. It is all built in your browser. We record that a quote was made, never the figures in it.
